GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY SARENE RESIDENCE & COMMERCIAL COMPLEX PROJEC

On January 13, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the SARENE RESIDENCE & COMMERCIAL COMPLEX project was held, marking an important beginning in the development of a large-scale apartment and commercial complex in the Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City.

International Investment and Construction Consulting Company Limited (ICIC) is participating in the project as the MEP design consultant, in collaboration with the following design consultants:

Ong & Ong – Architectural design consultant

Phap Duyen – Structural design consultant

The close collaboration between the consulting units has contributed to the formation of integrated architectural, structural, and mechanical and electrical solutions, meeting the technical requirements of a modern high-rise building.

Project Key Information:

Scale: 24 floors above ground, 3 basement floors

Total construction floor area: 162,025.58 m²

Type: High-rise residential building combined with commercial and service facilities

(The podium houses commercial and service functions)
