GREMSY HIGH-TECH FACTORY PROJECT LAUNC

  The kick-off meeting for the Gremsy Factory project at the Ho Chi Minh City Hi-Tech Park was successfully held, officially launching the work packages for test piles, pile testing, and mass piling.

  The meeting was attended by the project owner (Gremsy), the project management consultant (ICIC), and the contractors. The objective was to align on the implementation plan, schedule, technical requirements, and coordination mechanisms among all parties, ensuring the project meets standards for safety, quality, and timely completion.

  In this project, ICIC partners with the owner to manage the schedule, control quality, oversee costs, ensure occupational safety, and coordinate project stakeholders, thereby contributing to an efficient implementation process that meets established goals.

  As a high-tech factory project aiming for LEED Gold certification, the Gremsy Factory promises to contribute to the growth of Vietnam's high-tech industry.
